Studio Policies
Studio Etiquette
- Arrive Early: Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class to settle in.
- Timeliness Matters: For your safety and to honor the flow of class, late arrivals exceeding 5 minutes cannot be accommodated.
- Grip Socks: Mandatory for hygiene and injury prevention. Available for purchase at the front desk.
- Shoe-Free Zone: Our rooms are a shoe-free space. Please store your shoes in the dedicated area provided.
Cancellation & Booking Policies
- All Purchases are Non-Refundable: All sales for classes, memberships, recovery, massages, and private services are final.
- Waitlist Policy: You will be automatically added to class if a spot opens and notified via email. If you can no longer attend, you must remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being charged a credit.
- Non-Transferable: Classes and memberships are for personal use only and cannot be shared or transferred to other individuals.
- Cancellation Windows:
- Group Classes & Recovery: 12-hour notice (6 hours for Members).
- Privates & Massages: 24-hour notice.
- Late Cancels & No-Shows: Result in the loss of 1 class credit.
- Exceptions: Extensions or refunds for medical reasons or relocation (>30km) require official documentation and are subject to Studio approval.
Memberships & Packages
- Commitment: All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.
- Auto-Renewal: Memberships renew automatically. To cancel, a written notice via email is required 15 days prior to your next billing date (applicable after the 3-month commitment).
- Class Packages: All packs are valid for two months from the purchase date.
